  2. 3% COLA for 2024 and no retro-pay requested
  3. D-Days remain the same for remainder of 2024
  4. Starting Jan 2025 D-Days changed to 48 vacation as outlined in City’s last and final offer.
  5. Oct. 1 2024 5% COLA on top of Annualized pay scale as outlined in City’s last and final offer. (Pay scale adjusted to 2024 3% COLA)
  6. Oct 1 2024 6th man vacation available, 14 day FLSA cycle
